Are you not afraid of technology and learning a few new things along the way? Then we would love to hear from you. The Tiny Spa is looking for someone to fill a very important role. Our Concierge role is about taking care of our guests and our people. You are the main support and point of contact for The Tiny Spa. Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for guests

• Respond to calls, texts, google messages & emails.

• Send marketing emails

• Optimize our people’s schedule

• Coordinating with the concierge from The Cardinal Hotel

• Managing team pay

• Managing Spa Events

• Update weekly availability on the website
